Bob and Dorothy Pascoe of Echuca love their garden too much to see it wither in the drought.  Recent retirees from Melbourne, now living in Woodlands Circuit, they asked A & R Water Solutions to connect up their new tanks to collect rainwater from the roof.  Two linked 2500-litre tanks serve the front garden’s sprinkler system. Bob chose two in order to leave walking space between the tanks and his side fence. A third tank is located at the back to supply nearly a dozen fruit trees, vegetables, grapevines over the pergola and extensive beds of ornamental plants.  Relaxing around their outdoor table, the couple can look out on a view that is fresh, healthy and green, rather than dried-up, parched and brown – and they can eat their nutritious crops.

The company was “absolutely tops,” says Bob. “We told them what we wanted, they suggested the best equipment, and they were here when they said they would be.”
